Leadership
Chuck Hawley / AIA / Principal
Since becoming a partner in 2011, Chuck has acted as lead principal in charge for many projects, taking personal responsibility for quality design, meeting schedules, project coordination and maintaining budgets. His ability to problem-solve, to handle a large project from schematic design down to the tiniest detail have contributed to the development of a stable client base and allowed the firm to take on increasingly complex projects. With his extensive knowledge of the complex tax credit application processes and in-depth code knowledge, Chuck has developed strong relationships with non-profit and for profit developers. His ability to solve challenges throughout the entire life cycle of a project ensures well-designed and well-constructed buildings for the end user. A 2003 graduate of Temple University, Chuck was a recipient of the prestigious Alpha Chi Rho Bronze Medal. Chuck, his wife Janelle and their two children have been proud Annapolitans since 2005.
