Imagery is Everything

With the technology available today, design professionals have the ability to create images throughout multiple stages in the design process.  In some cases, a simple plan or elevation is all that is needed to convey the ideas. Other times a photo-realistic perspective image is needed to fully understand and translate the ideas to the end user during the design phase of a project. These images were created for multiple projects in our portfolio- a shopping center, a federal government agency, a commercial car wash lobby, a storage facility, and an office lobby stair. This use of 3D models and BIM (Building Information Modeling) enables us to better communicate our design concepts to clients which translates into satisfied clients, fewer surprises during construction process and better overall success for the owner.
