Samuel Chase Apartments Progressing

The construction on the Samuel Chase Apartments located in Princess Anne, Maryland is moving ahead at a successful pace.  The small exterior façade changes and new finishes go a long way in revitalizing the community.  Some of the solar arrays have been installed on the townhouses.  These solar arrays will provide supplemental electricity to the common community spaces.  As our flagship project with Green Street Housing, it is exciting to see as well as make an impact in the affordable housing community.
