Homes at Berlin Construction Progress

The new construction portion of the Homes at Berlin project is complete. A three-story wood construction building housing 12 new units has been added to the 42-unit property that spans two sites in Berlin, Maryland. On the renovation side, kitchens at both sites are being completely replaced, along with interior doors, plumbing fixtures, mechanical systems, light fixtures, and finishes. Once complete, the project will be Enterprise Green Communities Certified. The Community Building has also been renovated to provide a larger gathering space, new kitchenette, and fitness room. Construction on the entire project is expected to be complete in June, and we look forward to seeing tenants enjoying their updated homes for years to come.
