Class Act Performing Arts Studio

Construction is underway at the Class Act Performing Arts Studio located in Main Street at South River Colony, Edgewater. Class Act will be a children’s dance instruction studio. The studio will include two dance studios with transom windows, which will allow parents to look in on children during class. Class Act will also feature built- in cubbies outside of the studios to store belongings, an accessible bathroom, a children’s bathroom, and an inviting lobby. We’re looking forward to wrapping up another project with Integrity Construction, as well as a second fit-out in this retail center. Stay tuned for photos when the studio is completed.
