Admiral’s Landing

Admiral’s Landing has begun construction in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. This renovation project is unique in that it is Studio 343’s second “twin” finance deal, under construction. This property holds 134 units total, all previously 2-bedroom units. With this renovation, we will be constructing additions to select buildings for the creation of 3-bedroom units for this community. Other renovations to the property include updated kitchens, bathrooms, and finishes, covered entries to breezeways, removal of fireplaces giving residents more space in the living room, and all buildings will also have fire protection sprinkler systems.

In addition to in-unit renovations, the Community Building will also be updated to provide more amenities for residents. The abandoned pool will become a patio with a pavilion, to encourage outdoor gatherings. Additionally, the Community Building will provide residents with a laundry room, a gym and business center with key fob access, new accessible bathrooms, new kitchenette, and an expanded maintenance space. Lastly, the Community Building will be connected to the street with a meandering path, to allow residents to come from the bus stop to the site with ease.
