Braddock Terrace Begins Construction

We are excited to announce that Braddock Terrace located in Aldie, Virginia has begun construction. Braddock Terrace is part of a larger development, called South 620, and will provide 20-unit affordable housing community located within the community of single family, duplex and quadraplex residences. Each of the affordable units are located within 5 quadraplex buildings on the property. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Other amenities will include covered porches, a detached garage, a kitchen island, and an open first floor plan. The property includes miles of walking trails, a pickleball court, sports courts, multi-use field, social green, a pollinator garden, and a tree conservation area for all residents to enjoy.

Unlike many other housing communities, Braddock Terrace is part of a larger market rate housing community. The designs of the residences share the same architectural details to provide continuity and this integration changes the lens that affordable housing is oftentimes viewed under. Once completed, this property will provide an integrated community that can be enjoyed by many families independent of economic status.
