Brent Place Apartments Entry Renovation

When Homes for America reached out to us earlier this year seeking design services for renovations to the exterior entry and to the interior common spaces for Brent Place Apartments, Studio 343 knew exactly what to do.  In our client meeting, we learned that the client vision included modern, clean lines and a desire to open up the entry and remove the blue canopy that was creating a dark entrance to the building.  By transferring the clean lines and brightness to the inside, an open office setting for staff was created.  The modifications while small in scope and budget-friendly have made a large transformation for this apartment community.
