Finished West Street Office Interior

Behind the masonry façade on West Street in downtown Annapolis were dark halls, compartmentalized spaces and outdated interiors.  Studio 343 was brought in to work through these issues as well as consolidate office space from three to two floors which reduced their office space by 3,500 square feet.  Color and material selections were introduced in a neutral palette that brighten the dark and dated office spaces.  The most noted change in the renovation was the reception area.  Initially, the space was a tiny area that you enter right after stepping off the elevator and an adjacent conference room.  The “after” is a wow, with a dedicated reception area with natural light, clean lines and an adjacent smaller conference room that has also been updated to reflect the new color and material selections.   The transformation is dramatic and has created a functional office setting for staff and clients.
