Jean Receives Leadership Anne Arundel Award

Congratulations from all of us at Studio 343 to Jean Sovinski for receiving recognition as a 2022 New Leaders Honoree from Leadership Anne Arundel.

Jean’s work as President of Anne Arundel County CASA, Inc. Board of Directors earned her this acclaim along with a group of community leaders from academia, media, the business and non-profit world.

As Leadership Anne Arundel noted in presenting the award, “Jean makes it clear that while she coordinates the efforts of CASA, the real work is done by the dedicated volunteers and staff”.

This is one of the same leadership principles Jean and her partners instill at Studio 343 to provide the best service to clients. Staff architects are empowered to provide services following the three core tenets that make them “three for three”, doing work they love, doing work with good people, and doing work that matters in the community.

In work, at home and in her community, Jean strives to put people first, and good work will follow.
