King George Gateway

The King George Gateway shopping center in Dahlgren, VA. is a highly sought-after location for many national retailers. Through several phases beginning in 2011, RPH has designed a large retail strip for the shopping center, with 4 out parcel buildings- adding up to over 130,000 SF of retail space. Featuring gabled entries and brick, stone, and EIFS finishes, the modern aesthetic of the buildings compliments a variety of retailers and is highly visible from route 301. 

RPH has completed construction documents for the shell of the current project phase: 4,500 SF that will soon house an iHop. We have submitted for permit and the drawings are now under review by King George county. It has been very exciting to watch this site develop over time, and to work this with owner and contractor again and again to create a series of successful projects.
