Progress at Braddock Terrace

Construction is well underway at Braddock Terrace located in Aldie, Virginia. While most affordable housing communities are sited and developed as an independent community, Braddock Terrace is part of a larger market-rate subdivision known as South 620. When construction wraps up, twenty new 4-bedroom quadraplexes among 5 buildings will be constructed. These quadraplexes will provide homes for families living below the median family income for that region. Integrating affordable units within market-rate developments can preserve economic diversity in areas that already have a mix of incomes. It also provides opportunities for upward mobility and mixed-income developments creating well-maintained housing options for everyone. Our partnership with Fitch Irick in bringing affordable housing options to Aldie, Virginia is the work that addresses the affordable housing shortage and we proud to be a part of the solution.
