The construction of 42 new housing units and a community center was more than a project completed on time and on budget; it’s a project of which the housing authority can be proud. To foster a sense of community, buildings are clustered to create a modern village and are positioned to the street and adjacent neighborhoods to provide a connection with the surrounding community. While the project met the technical requirements related to building code, accessibility and EarthCraft certification, its greatest success is the creation of visually interesting homes fully outfitted with modern amenities.
