Whip Clean Car Wash

This project started four years ago when our client came to us to design a new ground up car wash in Bowie, MD. Because of our experience in this area, we were able to put our prior knowledge to work.  A sleek, modern, high performance building envelope was designed to house the latest car wash technology and modern interior design elements. The building design was subject to demanding review process by the Urban Design Section of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning and its complex systems required coordination between all of the engineering disciplines – civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and specialized car wash equipment. Construction is anticipated to begin later this year.
