Completion of Woodside Gardens

Woodside Garden Apartments located right in our backyard here in Annapolis, Maryland, has completed construction. Woodside Gardens is a 7-building property containing 144 units comprised of a mix of two and three bedroom units, with eight accessible units. Each unit received transforming updates to the interior including new finishes, flooring, fixtures, and appliances. The exterior of buildings underwent notable changes including painted stairwells and landings, new landscaping which included adding plantings and tree removal, and new building numbers – all which give the exterior a refreshed façade.

In addition to the unit renovations, a new Community Building was added to the site. It is located at the beginning of the site and will serve as a central location for all residential community engagement. Included in the Community Building are offices for staff, a classroom, computer room, social services office, laundry room with accessible equipment, and a large community room as a space for social gatherings and events to be held. Parallel to the community room, is an outdoor pavilion to be used in tandem and connects to neighboring apartment buildings.

Studio 343 is proud to provide renovated affordable housing to those in need, less than a few miles from our office. We are glad to have partnered with Fairstead and Whiting Turner on an impactful project in our community.
